Common questions about Roxor South Excavation — service area, estimates, equipment, and how we run our jobs in Southern Utah.

## What areas do you service?

All of Southern Utah. We frequently work in Washington County, Iron County, and Kane County. This includes St. George, Hurricane, Apple Valley, Washington, Ivins, Santa Clara, La Verkin, Cedar City, Kanab, and surrounding communities.

## Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. Call Devin at 435-523-9500 to discuss your project. We'll typically come look at the site to understand the soil conditions, access, and scope of work before providing a detailed, honest quote.

## What size jobs do you take on?

We handle everything from residential backyard pool digs and custom home foundations to large-scale commercial site grading and road infrastructure. We have the varied equipment necessary to scale to the job.

## Can you work with rocky Southern Utah soil?

Absolutely. Red rock, caliche, and boulder-heavy soil are our specialty. We have the heavy iron and attachments (breakers, rippers) needed to punch through tough ground that smaller outfits can't touch.

## Do you handle trucking and material hauling?

Yes. We have our own dump trucks for import and export of materials. Whether you need fill dirt brought in, boulders for a retaining wall, or debris hauled away, we handle the logistics so you don't have to hire a separate trucking company.

## Are you licensed and insured?

Fully licensed and heavily insured. We operate professional, well-maintained equipment and prioritize safety on every job site. We can provide certificates of insurance upon request.

## How far in advance should I schedule?

Smaller residential jobs can often be scheduled within a couple of weeks. Larger commercial work typically books out further. The earlier you call, the easier it is to fit your project into the schedule cleanly.

## Do you work with general contractors and homeowners?

Both. We partner with GCs, homebuilders, and developers on multi-phase work, and we work directly with homeowners on basements, retaining walls, pool excavation, and site improvements.
