How We Work
Five Steps. Zero Surprises.
Every project we run goes through the same five steps — from the first phone call to the final graded site. Here's exactly what to expect when you hire Roxor South.

Step 1
Site Visit
Step 1
Site Visit
We come look at the dirt before we quote it.
Every Southern Utah lot is different. Caliche, sandstone ledges, slope, access — none of that shows up in a phone call. Devin walks the property with you, asks what you want to build, and identifies the real challenges before any number gets thrown around.
Step 2
Honest Quote
Step 2
Honest Quote
A clear, written estimate based on what we actually saw.
After the site visit you get a written quote that lays out scope, equipment, expected duration, and price. We tell you exactly what's included and call out anything that could change cost (like hidden rock or import dirt). No vague hourly numbers and no bait-and-switch.
Step 3
Schedule
Step 3
Schedule
We lock in a start date that fits your build timeline.
Once you accept the quote, we get on the schedule. We coordinate with your builder, your concrete sub, your utility company — whoever needs to be aware. You'll know exactly when iron shows up on your property.
Step 4
Execute
Step 4
Execute
Heavy iron on site, every day, until the work is done.
The crew starts before sunrise and works full days. We bring the right machines for the job — excavators, dozers, articulated dumps, sheepsfoot rollers, water trucks — and we don't pull off the site to chase another job. You get straight communication on progress and any condition changes.
Step 5
Cleanup & Final Grade
Step 5
Cleanup & Final Grade
We leave the site ready for the next trade.
When the dirt work is finished, we don't just walk away. We track out the entrance, knock down stockpiles you don't need, and finish-grade so the next trade can drop forms or set rebar without re-doing our work. You get a final walk-through before we load the trailer.
